Please help me with this problem. I have got an error when I click on PRODUCTS ( that strange because PRODUCT CATEGORIES work fine )
at this moment I cannot add any product.

I think it might be related to a problem I was having: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=96219.0
You might try logging out of the backend. Then log back in and go to the products page. If you can access the products page, change the results to display to something other then all.
The problem is after you save a product, the product page attempts to load ALL the products in your database... I'm still waiting for a fix.
I am not sure if you have the version already, but in the svn version the limit is 500 now.
