Title: Epay module not working properly
Post by: HC on January 07, 2012, 10:33:50 AM
Has anyone tried the  new Epay module for VM2?

It seems that it doesn't finish the order payment, so that an email with order confirmation is not sent from VM and the cart is still full of the products one just bought.
I get this message after payment has gone through and is redirected back to the shop:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for plgVMPaymentEpay::plgVmOnPaymentResponseReceived() in siteroot\plugins\vmpayment\epay\epay.php on line 197

Can anyone help?

I have been in contact with Epay about it, but they are not very helpful - just referring to the warning as "a problem with your Joomla installation".
Now I'm working it out with Quckpay instead who just came with a payment plugin. I haven't finished testing it, but I will get back to you when it works for me.

They actually sent me a newer version of the payment module, but I have now abandoned VM2 for my current project, as I think there is to many obstacles with VM2 in general, that I can't get by...

So I'll wait for it to mature a bit more, before trying again :)
