I am currently starting in Virtuermart 2.0 and noticed me an error occurs (see Annex image) on my site so remote a place as in local mode.

How should this error interptretar or rather it means?

That is simply a debug message telling you your language and page load time.. On configuration panel / shop next to "Enable debugging messages " select No debug.
