Title: Coupons with expiration date set to 'Never' don't work

In the admin when entering Coupons with an expiration date of 'Never', they do not work on the website.  When trying to apply this coupon in the cart, it gives an error message "This coupon is expired", and then the coupon is removed from the VM system.

I had the same problem and for now it works fine if I set the dates from today to a date a year ahead. "Never" would be convenient but at least it works by setting it a year ahead.

Yes, there is a workaround, but I reported it so it can be fixed correctly for everyone.

Just updated to VM 2.0.1.d, and it still does not work.
