I have a quastion about Virtuemart and hopely it's a option in Virtuemart 2.0 to.
I want to make a webshop for a product that are in package's. There a 5 in a package and that is for example for 20m2
Now i want that people that are shopping can see if they have a amount of m2 how many package they need. So that if they put in a field 40m2 that there is a script of extension in vm that calculate that they need 10 package.
Is this possible in Virtuemart?

This is not the sort of thing I would expect to see in any eCommerce core software and is a requirement specific to you, so you would have to write a calculation script/plugin to handle that. http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Plugin_system
