Hi folks, I have found another issue on the site that i cannot pin down to being current (ie in RC3) or a throwback from the many other versions I have continually upgraded and tested. If anyone uses my site and tries to checkout they get a 403 error, no information is given other than the error page - example here:

Irritatingly as I thought most of my issues with RC3 were fixed i set the site live to give it a week trial and hopefully have some customers give it a test - clearly this has worked :)
If any of you could offer any explanation or advise i would be very grateful.
My bad, I do not know why as I have not changed the standard settings but for some reason in the user options the allow account creation option was disabled which obviously threw the error. Rather than delete this thread I figured it wise to leave it in place for anyone searching a similar issue - if you are getting a 403 error message during registration, check you base settings :)

Check your Joomla User Options - You need to enable "Allow User Registration".
