Title: Missing "Titles" for VM Users

JM1.7.3 - VMRC3_Pre_i  This issue also exists in previous releases

The only "Titles" for Users, as held in ..virtuemart_userfield_values is (in English) "Mr" & "Mrs" - Note: "Title" is not mandatory.

There needs to be the addition of, at least, "Ms" & "Miss" and also "a blank", which should be ordered as 1st so that if no predefined "Title" is selected then the field stored will be "  ".

[Note: not a major issue, and can readily be corrected by the VM developer via a database insertion]

You can completly create your own title userfield.

go to the database and add fields to _virtuemart_userfield_values eg fieldtitle Mr fieldvalue Mr virtuemart_userfield_id 10

In VM2.0.20b there is the option to add new titles via the shopper fields - but order can not be changed, does this need to be done in the database?
