I am looking for a solution where it is possible to assign "points" to an user account and where the user can use his "points" to buy goods from the shop. (like worldshop.eu)
Can VirtueMart help here?

There's not one single point reward system working for VM 1.x so let's hope someone looks in to this for VM2 cause is a great disadvantage against competitors using point systems.
That module doesn't work at all, basicly cause points are not rewarded per confirmed order as most of us will want, you will have to enter points manually in Alphauserpoints component.
So yeah, in 5 years there hasn't been a single point reward system working for VM, not even commercial.
EDIT: That module works... does what it says, but whats the use when you have to manually enter the points?
Is it really that complex to add points to uses per confirmed order? in terms of programming is it that difficult that no one has ever developed a component for it? ofc this would be even better included in VM2.
