Title: move currency sign $ to the left

Hello everybody,

   The dollar sign needs to be at the left of the numbers e.g. $99 not 99$. it is illegal in NZ to have the dollar sign on the right as it is incorrect, I need to fixed but I cannot find where to apply this change.

Where can I find the CSS file in order to make some changes to the Change Currency module?
e.g. I want to change the position and the color of the Change currency Button.
How can I do that??
