Hello there.

I simply want the well-known and popular filter-based search (ajax) on my virtuemart1 installation. Features like: price range, and clickable filters like manufacturer,color,series and generally custom fields that each product category may have.

Examples: asos.com, e-jewels.gr

PixSearch performs an Ajax search with help of com_search, and displays it underneath a searchbox

these should do what you need
