Hi everyone!

First of all may I take the time to thank everyone involved with the development of VM! Excellent work!

Can anyone help please? I'm using Joomla 1.7 and VM 1.9.8G. I need frontend access for other users but everytime I log into the frontend and navigate to a product and click on 'Edit this product' it goes to a blank screen. I've double checked all settings and everything looks OK. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Also how can I add new products from the frontend?

My apologies if I've missed something obvious!!

JJBW, oha you catched us. Atm it is just not featured. But it is planned. The problem with the frontend access to the "admin commands" are security issues and on the other hand the problem that we dont want to maintain two different views, we look for a solution for that.
But so you need atm at least admin rights to be able to edit something (except own user data and cart).

the edit link tries to use index2.php with J1.7

J1.7 uses &tmpl=component instead of index2

this has been reported
