The layout is really plain, maybe this was your intention.
Considering it's an artist website, you could take advantage of the incredible flexibility of joomla designs and templates to make something unique from your webpage. But it's just a suggestion. Cheers.
IanH you have a url problem on your site which blocks checkout. The url changes from http://www.nikkihart.com/index.php/ltdeditionprints?....... to http://www.nikkihart.com/ltdeditionprints?...... on checkout which not only gives a 404 but breaks the sale.
Are you using a subdirectory for this site? Make sure that siteurl and secureurl are the same in VM configuration/security. Looks like they should both be http://www.nikkihart.com/ltdeditionprints/
