The design is simple. I think it suits good for flowers store. I think you need to work a lot on colors. I suggest you to yse colorschemedesigner.com or kuler.adobe.com. This resources will help you to choose the best colors. I always use one of them for web design.

You could do with sorting out the alignment of elements in the browse page.
looks good however the "product cloud" is not a good idea, it won't help you in SEO termns and would do more damage than good to your rankings, at least thats what I've read around... joomulus didnt do any good to me at least :D
Also I think the place of the minicart is not the best choice, should be visible from the initial page, better top right or top left, but just my opinion.
