Hello,
Can anyone let me know if there is a proven and successful extension for the use of Paypal Pro UK ?? I'm using VM1.1.7 Stable

I am about to use these in the next few months:-

But have you tried the new api in existing release.  My client is still on 1.1.4 plus security changes and lots of customisation so cannot move to this version.

Thankyou, i am a bit new to the shopping cart / payment system programming. So should the 'New API' payment method allow the use for Paypal Pro on Virtuemart?

It should, but if you read the paypal forum, you will se that there are a number of issues with it.

None of which give me the confidence to use it yet!

I agree that PayPal API payment method is still not perfect :-)
But please note that i DID fix some of the issues in the last months, and there are other little fixes on 1.1.8 which was released 2 days ago. If some UK user can test it, that would be great.
