We need what I think is a very simple shipping solution. Looks like we can probably use the standard shipping module with a bit of modification.
2 zones only. Zone 1 has a broken range of postal codes and Zone 2 is everything else. The only issue seems to be that the zones can be both zip and postal codes are we ship to both US and Canada.
Also, if someone is going to wriite something custom for this then we would also like to have a feature where the customer can enter thier postal/zip cod and weight and get an quick estimate. This would be pulled from the same info that is in the shipping module.
