I am creating a portal for artists to sell their artwork.
I need the artist to register to the site.
I need the artist to then fill out their profile.

I need the ability for the artist to:
'Sell New Print'
- Print Name _____________
- Description ____________
- Upload File (PDF / JPG)
- Select Paper Type
- Select Finished Size
- Select Price
Once submitted, the print needs to be approved by an administrator.
Once approved, user is sent an email letting them know.
If refused, the user is sent an email letting them know.
Once approved - the item is listed on the site.
Thumbnail is generated from the submitted JPG/PDF.
(Paper + Print cost is added)
(estimated shipping cost is added)
The final value is displayed as the sale price to the customer.
After checkout - the value the artist requested gets paid to them ... and the value that we add (print, paper + shipping) gets paid to us.

Looking for a developer to make this happen. I have $200.00 that I can afford to pay a developer via PayPal.
