Template breaks in checkout as new customer in Firefox 3.6.9 - not tested with other browsers. Can't immediately see why.

I don't see which file this is coming from. However,in Firefox I see:
<div class="main-height" style="height: 170px;">
The problem here is the height. It would look ok in Firefox if set to:
<div class="main-height" style="height: 1200px;">
In Internet Explorer the same line currently shows:
<div class="main-height" style="height: 559px;"
I have no idea how to solve this, but this is the problem to look at.
