Title: Accent problem in French order confirmation mail

Hello,
Working multilingual with Virtuemart 1.1.6 I have a problem with the French order confirmation mail: accents replaced by "é" for example.
Everything goes right in the website itself but not for the mail.
I have all files with charset UTF-8 except maybe those I have not noticed.
