the system displays the one page checkout option
if i click checkout without tipping TOS, the system redirects me to the signup form
even if TOS checkbox is listed as a required field in user field management
is this ok?
is the ckeck performed after user signup/signin ?
also when everything is complete
i tip TOS
then hit checkout
then i'm redirected to the same page
i tip TOS
then i hit complete

Currently the system also insists on "Please accept the terms of service to confirm" even if "Must agree to Terms of Service on EVERY ORDER?" is unchecked in the shop configuration.
However, I suppose this is due to "Shop (mostly inoperative)" which is stated in the configuration tab.

Exactly, but thanks, good to know that and it should be easy and fast to make it configuration dependant. and maybe we should activate it with the userfields and not in the shopconfig.
I try to explain how it should work.
Either anonymous or registered the behaviour should be the same. I assume that the config is set to "TOS is must"
It should just not proceed the confirmation button when it is not hit. It should be stored, when you press it in the "checkout" state or in the "confirm" state. It should only redirect to the cart, when it is not hit.
Maybe it works already that way, but does not show a message that the TOS must be clicked. But afaik I added a message. Wich browswer you are using?
Hi!I have the same issue with TOS. In the config panel the "Must agree to Terms of Service on EVERY ORDER?" box is checked and in frontend i could take an order without checking in the TOS box.
In shopper fields the "agreed" field is checked for all the possible field attributes.
