I would like feedback on the following.
Overall Look and feel
Speed of site
Use, is it easy
Views, how does it view in other browsers, I work on mac so can only really test in firefox and safari

I think your header is WAY to big (the height)
when you click a category, you cannot see where you are without scrolling down.
You want users to click, and to have their attention grabbed by whats on the page without scrolling. Make them want to scroll for the rest.
I would also use larger thumbnails since you dont have too many columns on the category page.
