Title: USPS offering flat rate envelope service when "no" selected

I'm running Joomla 1.5.20 and VM 1.1.5 stable

In the shipping module list we have selected only USPS, upon configuring, we have selected only to use certain domestic shipping modules yet the live site is extending options that we have selected the value "NO".

None of our products can be shipped via flat rate envelope, only box.  We have selected this in the module configuration and the site continues to offer this method.

Any thoughts on why?

I remember there being an offset bug in this module.  Try selecting the option above or below the one you want.
