It is a bod template, but to me is a bit busy with all that stuff on the left and the right. Maybe make the Joomla template wider and add some padding to the main contentpane.

Works OK, but when going to checkout you have to scroll down to see that you are on the checkout page because of the product "scroller" above the actual checkout pane. You could lose customers at that point, as they may not scroll the page.

bad template? I agree about the left & right, I moved some of those modules to different pages. :) thanks again for your input.

The large flash/or gif on the front page should be front page only. It will drive people crazy on every page

I was considering that, but cant decide if the scroller or the flash banner should only be on the first page.

I as well am running a nutrition store with VM!

1) your product pages are running about 7 sec to load and yslow has it rated E
2) Left and right columns are not wide enough (modules are not fitting as they should)
3) Personally the ads by google makes it look less credible. You have a TON of competition in the US for online stores so first impressions will be very important.
4)Send cart to a friend? Necessary?
5)No need for login module on the right as you have it in the main menu with that cool mynxx drop down feature
6)BMI Calculator...your site seems pretty bodybuilding oriented...as we know BMI and ** THIS IS ALL SPAM SPAM SPAM* don't get along. I would axe that.

Overall, I think it is a bit crowded and I also don't think the flash and scroller should be on VM pages (browse and flypage). This will help with load times as well.

The flash and logo are really well done imo.
