I have tried using VirtueMart on a website containing a forum which needs registering. However registering of a user for the forum and Joomla in general does not require address details.
Now we are selling downloadable items and would like to use PayPal for payment. If a downloadable product is chosen, there is no step 2 where you can enter your address (billing/delivery) and if the customer pays through PayPal the transaction is working but he gets a bill without any personal address information - which is not worth anything. So the PayPal payment for downloadable items should (optionally) not overrun delivery/billing information even if there is no physical delivery. Up to now - after having searched quite a bit I did not find any way for how to configure this. Any help would be appreciated very much.
