I have a new installation of Virtue Mart. Everything works fine, accept I get the following error message when testing the store page.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ')' in /homepages/32/d241845394/htdocs/HSTV2010/Joomla/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/payment/ps_paypal_api.php on line 1395

I removed this file, and the store works fine, but I can't checkout using PayPal.

Any idea what I need to do to fix this?

Same here. I'm trying to use the credit card checkout and it doesn't work either. I installed virtuemart on another site on Monday and didn't have this problem. What changed since then?! This is ridiculous. I'd rather not have to pull another all nighter battling virtuemart.

VM always takes some degree of customisation, so be prepared for having to do some work yourselves.

Please state the version of Vm you are using and Joomla in order that help may be directed correctly.
