Print Page - First Class International won't show

So for some reason the option for First Class Mail international won't show up as a shipping option.

I've tried Simon A's Hack and it returns this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function getElementsByTagName() on a non-object in \administrator\components\com_virtuemart\classes\shipping\usps.php on line 464

Any other hacks or anyone know how to fix the error I am getting I can't even use virtue mart if I can't get feature on shipping calculator working.

Just a follow up for anyone who has this problem . I was using an outdated version of the shipping module. I found a newer version and it all works beautifully.
