Title: Failure To Connect Error... (rare error)

Hi,
I went everywhere here to look for this error but it was no avail.

The error message given to me at the transaction is:

Error: Failed to connect to secure.authorize.net IP number 1: Permission denied
Error: The transaction could not be completed.
Error: Failure in Processing the Payment (ps_authorize)


I am really confused. Even if I put wrong key or Authorize ID on purpose, it still gives exactly the same error.

I wasn't able to find this same error anywhere on the forum.
So please, help me out.

PS My versions are
Joomla 1.5.15
VM 1.1.3 Stable

It was a server issue.
