Title: Is it possible to change "Cart" to "Bag" throughout the site ?

As the title really. I have changed all the gif's to read "Add to bag" etc but i cant find the main "cart" page where the code is so that i can change everywhere else. has anyone doen this easily ? grateful to anyone for their time, thanks
