Can someone confirm that this has been fixed? How about some tips on how to use this feature?

Is now says it works "through the PayPal IPN Simulator"; what exactly is the test scenario?

G'day,

I think the reason that eliteweaver was done is because the paypal sandbox was (and might still be) so... so awful. I could never get it to work.
