Hi,
after an order is placed and payed using paypal. Paypal returns with the following:


        A fatal error occured while processing a paypal transaction.
        ----------------------------------
        Hostname: www.paypal.com
        URI: /cgi-bin/webscr
        Connection refused (111)
        Status: FAILED

Can someone tells me what to do with this ?
And how to solve it ?

Try searching the PayPal developer site (x.com) with "Connection refussed" or "Connection refused (111)"; there are lots of entries, mostly related to issues with the Web Host or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) firewall settings. You don't have to sign in to search the developers site.

From PayPal, click on the "Developers" tab:
