Print Page - Paypal image on complete order page

Ok, so I have lost my mind trying to do this....

On the last page of the cart, where you confirm the order, the payment method only shows

Payment Method: Paypal

I want to have a Paypal image next to or below this text so it stands out for the client. I have searched high and low, input code for the image and just can't get it to work. I don't know if I have been editing the wrong file, but this just won't show up.

Any help would be appreciated.
