Title: Why on PayPal Checkout no products display?
Post by: toastguy on April 15, 2009, 03:11:31 AM
I'm trying to get the products to display on PayPal check out. Is this possible? I just need to be able to easily match up my PayPal orders with the orders on my website.

Sorry if this is a repeat question. I haven't seen it addressed anywhere like this. Thanks!

I got it. I guess the code doesn't include that as part of the check out by default. You just need to replace some code to allow Virtuemart to pass the product item values on check out to paypal. Here's the tutorial on getting this to work: http://doggydish.com/home/tutorials/joomla/29-virtuemart-paypal-display.html

Because that person pulled the code straight from that forum post.  Which is ok, but they should have cited where it came from to give us coders some credit!

But I'm glad it worked out for you.

Hi,

I have copied this new code into the paypal extra info. However the paypal interface now does not work - the paypal site returns an error saying information is missing (same with the sandbox site).

Any ideas?.

thanks
