I have the actual user login to access my merchant account online, as well as the API Login ID, and the Transaction key. What goes where in the options in the Credit Card payment gateway???

Within the Credit Card Configuration Tab:

Authorize.net login ID: = API Login ID

not the actual merchant login.

The Transaction key is right below that, that should be clear.
