Do any of these sites use Godaddy's ecommerce payment services or did you just set up VM with one or more of the standard defined payment methods?

I did not use GoDaddy's ecommerce payment services. Used VM standard defined payment method.

Nice work. Just out of curiosity, how do you handle your credit cards I'm using paypal pro and its been a real nightmare.

I don't use the VM module for paypal pro. I bypass that altogether and use a script to take me to the paypal processing.
