Title: Wrong Zip Code = No Way to Choose Shipping = No Purchases

Hello,
I have a bug where if the user enters the wrong zip code, UPS cannot estimate shipping and therefor cannot check out and spend money!

I looking to outsource a solution where if there is no UPS output, a warning pops up reminding the user enter a valid zip code.

Please let me know how much you would charge to make the change.

Which ups module are you using? Which UPS services are you using?
I could most likely find a solution for you, message me with the above info please.
