I think VM-Expert is dead. I purchased support 10 days ago and and still in the same boat nothing has been fix and no one is responding to emails requesting updates to the status of my work.
Oh, come on. Each week we see a new "XY is dead" topic.
No, it's not dead. VM-Expert have so many jobs that not each of them can be quickly fulfilled (which is not ok!).
I'm sure that Thomas Kahl will soon get back to you.
