Title: Order edit layout issue with 1407

Following the order received link from storeadmin email, the order page opens OK with left VM menu. On editing the order the left menu is lost so page layout is broken - but still useable.

Firefox 2 & IE6
Joomla 1.5.3
PHP 5.2.4
VirtueMart 1.1 Rel:1407 2008-05-26

The order editing seems to work OK, although I'm not sure of the function of payment method editing. For instance, changing from COD to Paypal just changes the order detail, there is no way to enter PayPal info.

Order page has been changed, see if the new look works for you.
