Just installed a fresh Joomla 1.5.3 and VM 1.1.0 on localhost and I activated/published the VM Product Categories
I am using ApacheFriends XAMPP (basic package) version 1.6.6a ######

Instead of the module I get this error:

I found the solution for the problem. I forgot to instal the VirtueMart Module wich includes the vm_JSCook.php file.
Note:
The module needed to solve this error is mod_virtuemart
