Legacy is OFF.
Try adding a Product Type:

Fatal error: Class 'mosCommonHTML' not found in ...\administrator\components\com_virtuemart\html\product.product_type_parameter_form.php on line 57


mosCommonHTML::loadCalendar(); is a Legacy function.
Even more, mosCommonHTML is a Legacy Class.

What version of Joomla and VirtueMart are you using?

I am able to add 'Product Type' without any error using Joomla 1.5 rev 9911 and VirtueMart 1.1 rev 1160

Sorry, just try to view & insert a new Parameter for that Product Type...
