In backend when in state list/tab 'Back to the country' from state list not functioning properly, when 'Back to the country' button is clicked it goes back to Country list but in state tab, it should close state tab and go back to country administration tab.

I confirm that for Firefox, but not for IE7 where there is no extra tab appearing like in FireFox.- but there are more issues with the current Country/State setup, which I will try to detail:
1. The [ List state ] link next to each country name works on first use and opens the State page - on return to the country page this link will not work again. The icon/link at the top of the page does continue to work.
2. On viewing List States for the United Kingdom, the "states" appear on the first viewing, but are missing on any repeated use of List States.
Both the above can be "reset" by logging out of Joomla and back in again. But this only happens in FireFox, Not in IE7 or IE6.
3. On adding a state to a country list there is no way to return to either the country list or the State list. Hitting the Cancel icon causes the template to break in IE6 and in FireFox - thumb attached, and in IE7 to break and then throw up a browser Operation aborted message.
