Hi, I have Joomla 1.0.12 stable and virtuemart 1.0.11 my domain is http://www.modelspot.co.za
I have a few problems at checkout time. The first is asked in a few posts relating to our country South Africa needing to accept bank transfers into our account. The suggestion made of bank transfer and then selecting COD does not display our banking details on the site and not on the confirmation email either. How do we sort that out.
The second thing is going from shipping to payment method always fails and then a refresh takes you back to the homepage and you need to start the whole process again in ie6 in firefox it is okay.
Lastly the page after confirm order just shows your logo is there anyway to display a success message so that client is advised that the transaction was successful.
Your help would be appreciated.
My apologies the Bank Transfer method of selecting address only/ COD does work. I have changed the thankyou.php as another post suggests and it now shows the details on the confirmation page. I have also changed the checkout page with a suggested hack in another post and my confirmation email also contains the extra info so that is that whole point fixed.
The last point though and I will trawl some more I am battling with. In ie6 during the checkout process the page often fails and at different stages everytime I try again. It then with a refresh goes back to the homepage and the goods sit in the cart and u need to start all over again. In firefox it works a dream everytime. Any ideas?
