Hi everyone - I have been talking to Selcuk via pm. I emailed him below as an idea of how to phrase what he was asking, but obviously do not have the answers to what is in (brackets).

From pm's with him he is using OCC (OFLINE CREDIT CARD). Earlier he posted that he is getting this error (I just don't know where he sees this).

Quotei see this error when adding this system
Warning: fopen(/home/httpd/vhosts/.............com/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/payment/ps_offlinecc.cfg.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/httpd/vhosts/...........com/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/payment/ps_offlinecc.php on line 177

how can i do ?

Hope someone can help!
Hula

PS Selcuk what language do you speak? Maybe someone else here speaks it and can help you.

I took a peak and what I saw was the order confirmation screen was completely blank (address http://www.temposexshop.com/index.php).

One unlikely possibility:

QuoteMy errors were caused because my secureURL was https://mysite.com and my Joomla URL was http://www.mysite.com

This is probably not the issue thought since you are
1) Not set up your secure site yet

Two other issues you'll want to fix
1) You have the form remembering all credit card details... this is not a good security idea
2) You have a big purple/white add flashing at the top middle of the site which pushes your whole store including the cart off the first screen at my resolution. You should move it somewhere else (side bar).

That's as far as I can take you... I have no experience with this type of problem, but maybe someone else does.

Cheers,
Hula

i didnt understand that ? Why virtuemart cant do.i use redhat linux server.
in os commerce altought  if i have no ssl the web go thank you page. Thank you very much Hula. Just you  be interested in my problem...

SSL doesn't have anything to do with banks. We collect credit card information offline too, using a SSL and are not hooked up for direct credit card payment. SSL gives you more protection and to customers too.

I set our credit card processing up line this:

1) Store~ Add Payment Method
2) Active CHECKED
3) Payment Method Name: Credit Card
4) Code = AN
5) Payment Class - LEAVE BLANK/Empty
6) Payment method type: choose credit card
7) Check your credit card types

And you're done.

If you have set it up differently try setting up a new one like this.. or to keep it simple do one for cheque and see if you get a blank page for that too. The blank page might have nothing to do with the credit card processing.

Cheers,
Hula
