Title: Stuck in Test Mode - Authorize.net

I'm configuring the cart for Auth.net.  I'm running VirtueMart 1.0.6 and I can't get it out of Test Mode and it won't accept my AN Login.  It does take the Transaction Key though and seems to save the rest of the settings.  I had recently moved the site but so far this is the only thing not working. 

I looked around in the Forum but couldn't find anyone with the same problem so it's probably something dumb.

Update  I noticed this error after the 12th time:

Warning: fopen(/www/bubblechocolate.biz/www/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/payment/ps_authorize.cfg.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /www/bubblechocolate.biz/www/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/payment/ps_authorize.php on line 249

CHMOD is the culprit again!

I am having this same exact problem.  What did you do to fix it?  What does CHMOD mean?
