Title: Shopper Display Names beginning O' are displayed as O'Someone

Shopper Display Names beginning O' are displayed as O'

e.g O'Hara is displayed as O&Hara.

Any solution to this. I've tried changing them in the backend but it just resets to the ampersand code.
