I noticed that users were having difficulty completing the purchase order. Simulating the purchase I found that from the cart it was impossible to proceed to the following registration page and I arrived at the page not found. I had uploaded the latest version of virtuemart 4.2.16 two days ago. Before restoring the backup I tried to reinstall version 4.2.14 and 4.2.12, these versions also don't work. Once version 4.2.10 has been reinstalled, the purchase procedure works and the order can be completed. Soon after I received an order from a user.

he user registration page does not open in the cart step:

Mistake:
0: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given

does it say what file you get the error?
