VM 4.2.6

I have received a review and have published it but it isnt showing up. It is showing as Published in admin.
anything i could be missing here please?

I believe you have published the rating but not the review. You must click on the rating link and then publish the reviews. Watch this video for reference - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-gXV4dLcOA
