I trying to update from J3 and VM3 to J4.4.2 and VM4.2, using PHP 8.1

When I am in the cart and want to checkout, I get to a page with error 0 - invalid value for setState.

I get this with and without a OPC check plugin, so also with the standard Virtuemart checkout.

Someone got an idea?

I found the cause of the error.
It's a bug in the payment plugin I use. I will contact the plugin developper,
