I set up a site for my mom and used the Catproduct plugin to allow users to choose child products / variants all from one page.
It worked well for years, however it is now no longer working with PHP 7.X
I find that I have to run the site on PHP 5.4 to get the front end to work, this is because of the Catproduct plugin.
However, the admin area won't load on this old PHP version. I have to set it to a newer PHP version for her to get into admin.
Has anyone updated this plugin.

I either need to get this plugin working on a newer PHP version, or find another way for her customers to select variants. That is also going to take some time, as I will then have to go into each product which has child products and make changes.
Here is an example showing how the catproduct plugin works - this set up works well allowing the customer to order many variants in one go
