Title: My membership product problem, no response!

Regarding my payed membership VM product I've created a ticket about the search function.
Tichet code NGY8XHEPUN , 24 October.
Since then, no response from support!
Is this VM support for a payed membership???
Why??

Try sending another email or calling support directly. I find VM's customer service to be quite enthusiastic.
