Title: category & product Canonical URL problem

Hi,
I have a strange problem, eventhough I've run through many many posts I didn't figure out how I can solve it.
I have a site with some pages pointing to VM products categories. These pages and the product detail pages are not showing (page source code) the canonical url tag.
I disabled Jf Simone template that I use, switched to Beez and the canonical url tag is ok.
Can anyone help me solve the problem?

FYI a URL of VM category is https://bit.ly/3QqMaqK (https://bit.ly/3QqMaqK) The contant is in Greek but you can get the idea.

You can inspect the Jf Simone template for any overrides in VirtueMart layouts. Look at the directory /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/ for custom files related to category and product views. These customization might be causing the issue.
