Title: VmPlugin function createPlugin, class does not exist

Getting this error and everyone is pointing to VM.

Error log or system report does not give anything else.

Maybe you were upgrading from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 and you have an old Virtuemart plugin on your server.

There is no old plugin on the server.
